How to Run TikTok Ads from Banned country?

Personal accounts are strictly checked, but your account for advertising only needs to be placed normally in developing countries, which is what I do.
 
In general, the ideal solution would be to use the services of companies that have experience in placing advertisements from any country to any other. Doing it yourself carries a high risk of getting banned and losing money.

You can use vpn and set the country to run ads, note that you should keep the ip fixed, don't change much, if you change too much it will be considered scam by tiktok
 
that's really easy, use VPN to locate you in US or some other western countries to get tiktok and then to get tiktok agency ad account, then you can launch your ads
banned tiktok in india won't influence you to put ads in other countries
