How to run google ads on google.com domain while they redirect to a different URL

Hi
I am seeing alot of ads showing google.com domains to the visitors but then clicked they redirect you to a third party website. I also wants to do the same. Anybody knows how it's done . See the attached image below for reference.

I think this is usually done through google ads tracking or redirect settings because the exact setup depends on how the ad is configured correctlly.
 
Yeah this is usually done with a tracking or redirect setup and also you can use a tracking link that redirects visitors to the third-party website after the click.
 
they use a specific tracking redirect setup, its has become much more complex since google patched most of them, but there's still some available
 
yes that is just cloaking.
they show the mods a clean safe page so it passes review, but real users get sent straight to the actual offer. if you try doing a basic redirect google will flag that destination mismatch instantly and nuke your account for circumventing systems. need proper filtering tools for that stuff, though your account usually gets burned fast.

Yeah i would recommend using your own domain with a proper tracking setup and also showing another domain and redirecting to a third party site can cause policy issues.
