Recently I ran a cryptocurrency ad, and gambling in the United States is often banned, or the bids are very high, almost double the normal price, has anyone experienced this?

How is your CPM AND CPC? Is it too high? You should try changing the image and content to get better.
 
If your account is banned, find a new provider with a stronger account. If your bid is high, it means your content is less attractive.
