How to revive a channel with 60 000 subscribers that hasn't been touched in 2 years?

Long story short I abandoned the channel after the owner of the videos I was uploding changed their policy ( they were monetizing on my channel ) but after a couple of years and more than 60 000 000 views from my channel they wanted me to remove the content.

Now I have lost around 3000-4000 since then I lost around 150 per month. Wondering if you have any ideas about reviving it.

I started uploading videos yesterday and I will upload 1 every 2 days. Creative common videos mostly.
