I am aware of what you want to do, I tried it a few days ago. I didnt find any free alternatives, but I could find several sites owned by an individual searching the adress and email he registered his sites, and by searching his Google analitics and Google adsnse code is (there are sites Who does this). I found at almost all his sites. Bu I am site someone has a better way to do this.

Try using Maltego(takes some getting used to) it's a free tool that is GREAT for fact finding and internet sleuthing. Might be a bit more than you need, but hey it's an option.
