How to remove this annoying Ad-blocker message from top of screen ?

Here is what I done and didn't worked:
1- I disabled my ad blocker (uBlocker)
2- I turned VPN on, location set to different countries (US, HK, DE etc) (This usually works for sites at this point as it will break my country's censorship)
3- I done both 1 and 2 together (picture below)

Any Idea how can I get rid of this?

Disabled (and then just whitelisted BHW from) Robert and still no change.

Can you make an option for users to disable this message forever if they go to deep part of settings or something pls?
 
It's the VPN then, blocking something on the page.
Try the VPN off and then clear your cache and try again. If you still see it, something else is interfering.

My money is it is a VPN issue.

The OP cannot use their home/office IP due to regulations in their country.

@goo99p - please try a different VPN or get a proxy that is not in your country and use that.

Yes! changing VPN worked thanks for that.
Apparently both my country's internet and Windscribe are considered as ad-blockers KappaPride
