How to remove my side of a chatGPT conversation ( Continue writing please)

I want to use chatGPT to make valuable content, however copy pasting it directly from the chat and then dealing with the 'Continue writing please' prompts I give it over rand over again and removing that by hand can get tedious, and since it's multiple lines it's harder to find and replace it automatically.

Any ideas? I looked up chrome extensions to download chatGPT conversations but of course it downloads both sides of the conversation as well.

you cna install an extension from webstore that puts a copy buttons in each text boxes, makes things easier...
just search for, "chatgpt copy" in webstore.
