Before i process on the action to remove my company from Trustpilot, i need advice from someone or if can buy a services that will help me do it.

I have many negative reviews, from our competitors and everytime i flag the comments, Trustpilot verify the reviews! It's easy from the competitors to find details and make a verify negative review as i can do it to them too, but i dont want to go and let them negative reviews!

I had read that someone here, managed to remove his company from Trustpilot but he didnt guide us how he did it.

Is here someone that can help me or buy his services?

Well , it's practically not possible to remove your website from Trustpiolet , all you can do is buy Trustpiolet reviews in bulk .

Have you tried reaching out to Trustpilot support explaining the situation? It's a bit of a long shot, but persistence could pay off. In the meantime, focus on garnering genuine positive reviews. Encourage satisfied customers to share their experiences. It won't erase the fake ones, but it can help balance out the perception.

file a dmca complaint, if it doent work get a lawyer and threaten to sue cuz the "obvious" bots are harming your online reputation and trustpilot isn't doing anything

if everything else fails identify as a disabled pan and scream r and n words until they remove ur site

Closed the website and start with a new domain.

Yes i did it, but trustpilot dont do anything because probably i havent buy any of their plans and i will not do it !

Trust pilot's business model is bullying businesses into submission to buy their business plans..

Most review platforms suffer from biased or fake reviews, that's why it's important to carefully select the platform you want to list on. CapTerra or TrustPilot aren't that big, and they usually tolerate fake reviews just because they want more content. G2 is better imo, as it's larger and thus can afford more of a critical approach to suspicious reviews

P.S. It's fun how these platfroms list one another - for example, take a look at TrustPilot pages on CapTerra or G2, or on CapTerra pages on TrustPilot or G2

Follow these steps to remove company from trustpilot. this is my first hand experience.
  1. sign up trustpilot business and verify your business using matching domain email (not gmail)
  2. add your official website url to the page on trustpilot
  3. now after few days change the name of your business, for example if it was "TheFlorist.com" and change it to "The Florist" or just "Florist" on trustpilot.
  4. now again after few days, block trustpilot IP, referer, User-agent, etc on .htaccess file of your site or any WAF like cloudflare.
  5. after couple of weeks, trustpilot will not find your site "alive" and it will put a notice that this business is closed and will stop accepting (new) reviews.
Please take a note: this will not remove your trustpilot page, nor old reviews. Just people can't add new one.

You're definitely not the only one facing this—Trustpilot can be tough, especially when competitors abuse the system.
Flagging reviews rarely helps unless you have strong evidence, and while removal is possible, it’s not a straightforward or public process.
There are services out there that claim to help with delisting or reputation cleanup, but make sure they’re legit.
If the reviews are clearly fake or damaging, it might be worth consulting a legal expert too.

He Jenny, can you set this up for me on a few stores?

I know BHW managed to get their Trustpilot listing removed, but they won’t say how.

Based on what I’ve read here, I’m guessing it came down to hiring a sharp (and expensive) lawyer who knew what he was doing.
