You need to use a private proxy and use Ccleaner to remove all flash objects and cookies.

it depends on what you're trying to do - if you use a browser like lynx which doesnt support Javascript, Flash, etc it wont leave much of a footprint but its only text based and its under linux.

First things first, how do you know that "YouTube recognizes it's the same computer again"? Are your comments being ghosted? Videos being taken down?

Dude, don't use chrome. G owns Chrome. Who knows what kind of information they collect from their own browser. Use Firefox

Create a new windows account, reset ip, use the firefox private browser, and delete flash cookies.
