How to remove authentication from my site?

hey gusy my previous host set the authentication for my site bcz high CPU usage then i told them F U and I moved to New host, now they doesnt remove the lock, I installed backup from my previous host, and now in new host authentication still there, and they dont remove the authentication?
How i can remove the authentication from my site

You probably need to Hire a Freelancer to help you with this. It is clear you will have trouble following instructions, post a HaF thread and get somebody to deal with all the issues:

No I am not saying that, but it seems to me that the problems aren't being dealt with correctly. It would be better for somebody to fix them for you.

Again, did you update your Name Servers when you switched host?

yes but nothing change, Also I tried to access my site from direct ip and still there is a authentication

Have a look in the code and check the header. If you want to PM me the site, I will take a quick look.

You could check in the site's root directory if there's a .htaccess file present, which could contain code for authorization to your site. If this is the case try to remove the code. If you restored a backup to your new host, it's likely you copied the htaccess to the new host. Check it.
As stated by Wilson, if you have no clue what you're doing, hire someone.
