Purchased a couple of expired domains and are having a hard time getting them reindexed. These domains both have clean backlinks so I'm not sure why they aren't being added by Google.

Is there another method to help get these indexed (Have done the add the youtube video and XML sitemap trick but it hasn't worked this time)?

    Thanks

Submit your site here, it may index your site.

Sorry, I should have mentioned I'd rather not use Webmasters tools if possible.

I have been probably waiting for about 5 days now. Other expired domains I've reindexed have taken anywhere from minutes to a day but not these ones.

I'm starting to wonder now, the backlink profile looked clean in majestic and the sites looked normal in wayback but maybe I've missed something somewhere.

Make sure 'discourage search engines from indexing this site' isn't ticked if you're using Wordpress...been there, done that, felt like a tit.

The first 2 expired domains I ever bought had manual penalties on them. I submitted them to wmt for reconsideration, but bugle takes its time. I think they visited my site already, as I've seen 1-2 visitors on analytics.
They only had manual backlinks I think.

Give it some time for them to get indexed naturally, I would say ~10-15 days..
Are you sure, those expired domains which you bought are of good value? I'm worried because you might bought expired domains which are deindexed by google?

OP your best bet is to add them in WMT and see if there are manual actions ...

After checking remove them from WMT if these domains are part of a PBN

  12. I use Lindexed to index domains. It seems to work pretty quickly. Service isn't expensive either.
