Lets say I want a domain .am (Armenia) or .be (Belgium)
... how can I get them?
What about .fr?
let me guess.. You want these domain names because you are geotargetting traffic?
In other words... you are appearing on the top page of google for whatever country domain extension you have.
can you do this?
You should about right on this one. As far as all those different domain extensions, I don't know if there is a central hub for them all.
In any case, search Google man....in this case, it truly is your friend.
There are plenty of domain registrars that offer international domain name registration (PM me if you are interested in any in Latin America)...
But I would personally advise you to stay away from godaddy...
or at least read the complaints first, then decide for yourself...
also, if you look up: http://www.nic.xx (where xx is the domain you are looking for) you can usually find "direct from the source" information about how to register that domain (although probably not in english)
best for am is to use either internet am or amnic net (official AMNIC site)
opening up a 4 year old thread just to leave that lame answer - have you tried to pm the OP with that fantastic answer? as i am sure he has been monitoring this thread for 4 years just to get your answer
