how do you register a domain / hosting anonymously ? -

I have searched cant find an answer - is it simply registering whilst using a proxy and fake details ?

im gonna buy scrapebox but figured if they can trace you form your domain with a whois then the proxies are fairly pointless

also what do you reckon of VPN's such as hide my ass - they seem reasonable at 5$ pm ----- from what ive read other services like this are sh**t ----

ok sorry for the noob question - but I need to know cos im gonna buy a load of domains soonish

u need an anonymosu registrar, a vpn and an anynoymous payment option.

mind recommend me anyone you know / use? Would be helpful

did dome more research and uncovered this - im sure this wilol be very usful to all who didnt know this --

http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=183232

go daddy's
http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/dbp/landing.asp

these seem the best - you can save on bulk orders
http://www.godaddy.com/domains/searchbulk.aspx?ci=16559

https://www.domainsbyproxy.com/Default.aspx?prog_id=hummer&myaurl=%2flogin.aspx

hope this helps -- so you will only then need a good proxy when your browsing -

also peerblock http://www.peerblock.com/ and peer gaurdain - are v usful for torrents etc -- you can block entire countries out with this thing and its free -- basically covers you for an copy right stuff

right instead of starting a new thread I thought i'd help the mods etc -- buy posting this related question here --

I ve seen alot of people using proxies of course and some using hide my ip and VPN 's - who has had experience with VPN's -- if I use scrapebox -- with a VPN and stay low like 5- 1000 per day -- this sghould be ok ? sorry couldnt ask the VPN this incase they told me to go elsewhere etct etc -- thanks for your patience : )

dont use godaddy :)
depends on what u want to do [aka if domains may be suspended or u just want em anonymous] then registrars differ.

u need a registrar that will allow to pay with epass or webmoney. visa/paypal [unless also fake] is a nono.

I'd love to know the anon registrars. Avoid all the major ones, I'm assuming you know that whois privacy is useless with gurgle because they are a registrar themselves and hence have access to your private registrar data (if real).

1. Use a anonymous proxy

2. Use a anonymous payment method such as webmoney or LR

3. Login / Signup / Access only via proxies.

4. Private Whois

- Why would you need an anonymous oayment method - if you had a private domain account they cant find out - who paid for it ? or can they ?

do you know any registrars that accept web money for privat domains ?

must be loads of people whove done this - cheers
