In particulary i'm building an amazon aff site and i need to redirect some links to my base article (2000+words) that contains a lots of reviews about some products and i need a redirect to this article and in particulary to a specific part of this article.

You can make the area on the page a div and give it an ID like <div id="mycontent">CONTENT</div>

Then in your link <a href="yourwebsite.com/pageyouwanttogoto#mycontent">LINK</a>

Use place holders with calling ids in a div or html tag
