How to recover spam website

Is there a way to remove all spam from an old domain?

I mean, there's an old domain that's been spammed a lot. Is there a fastest way to get rid of it, so it's back to its normal steady state?

And those domains that used to be FBN and were penalized by google is there a way to appeal successfully?

I have tried many times but no positive change.
 
Advertise on BHW
Check the root cause or reason for penalty. Completely upgrade them.
Create a disavow report. But make sure you removed all the backlinks before creating the report.

9 out of 10 times that domain is probably dead and unrecoverable

If it means a lot to you, you may try a clean slate, re-register and verify it on webmaster consoles, clean it up and file appeals explaining you're a new owner.

Thank you. I have appealed it but with no success. This is a test for a domain I just received.
 
First of all analyze all links from SEO tools, and use with disallow tool. and write unique articles and update site without any inner links and re-index through google search console,

Unfortunately that's the rule. If possible get a new domain, different TLD perhaps, and restart.
