How to recover my website ?

I need advice, so I have a website with many posts (1000 posts) generated by AI. I often get hit by Google's algorithm, so my website is not stable. Do you think I should delete all my posts and create posts written by humans, or should I keep them?

How old is the site? have you spent a lot of money backlinking? If not, you should probably just start a new site

If you are getting hit often, than you are on their radar and that website is probably doing something very good (or bad) or is cursed in general.

First understand, why you are getting hit.
AI post is fine, as long as it doesn't sound like complete AI or trash.
Human written articles at times are not any better either.

However, feels like there something amiss here and you are probably not understanding what it means to be hit by google
 
Instead of posting new contents written by human on the website, I think you should start a new website. Sites with AI-generated contents will always get hit by Google updates.

Try to rank low competitive keywords with new posts in your niche. With Good Formatted AI articles. If they rank then follow the same with other articles.
 
AI generated content is fine as long as you add your personal touch as well. I would try to improve my keyword strategy and focus on ranking for keywords with a lower competition first.
 
You need to backup from your website.
You or your host/server provider must practice a backup before site crashes.

Right now you can restore them and if you haven't then you trapped in a big problem.
 
You can start a new website and use manual high-quality content to avoid these issues. Remember, AI-generated content can always be a problem if not used properly.
