How to recive money on paypal?

Hello, i want to know few things about paypal. Since I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and there is no PayPal. I have verified paypal with my personal cc and registred on my name but I can only send money with him, I can not receive. And I wonder whether there is any way that I can receive money in paypal, do not have to raise that money in the bank shall be the paypal account that I use for online trading.

Somewhere I read that might just put that I like in another country and when someone send money, then i change on my real country , is it possible? or if not whether there is any other way?

I don't actually understand what you're trying to say.

But, basically, When someone sends you money to your paypal account, it will turn into funds, which you can also use to send money to other paypal users or to buy stuffs and services online. In order to get that "PayPal funds", You simply withdraw those funds to your bank account.

He is trying to say that his country is not supported by paypal. And he wants to now what are his solutions.

You can use some alternatives, such as moneybookers.

Or you can use Plimus or 2checkout for receive money form other paypal accounts.

Or you can make fake paypal acc and verified it with VCC.

BTW I am from Croatia.

I have moneybookers account , but for all thing where i can sell some products or service need to have paypal that is not big money but it's ok to use for domain names or ot pay hosting with them . So i need some alternative to get money on my paypal account and i don't need to withdraw in my bank them .

Yes I know, moneybookers is not widely used, and people prefer paypal.

Plimus is free and 2CO is 50$ singup fee.

I have same problem. Right now I am trying to setup fake paypal, and when it is done I will see how that works.

Hi: I have the same problem with paypal i just get a paymentn to it and i want to use it to buy some domains,but when i accept my payment i get this message:
Accept or Deny a Payment

'Currently PayPal accounts in Morocco are only able to send payments. This payment will be automatically returned to its sender in 30 days (no fees will be assessed), or you may choose to manually return the payment by clicking the "Deny" button below.'

I hope someone can point me to a solution to get an all features paypal,i need FREE advice i can't buy any service for now.Thank you.
