Hi, yeah I know that "non-competitive adult terms" sounds like an oxy moron, however I found some 2 and 3 word terms that have competition as follows in google:

Competition (pages) without quotes | With quotes

    Term 1 508,000 39,300

    Term 2 663,000 276,000

Now, compared to other adult terms these aren't that competitive, however my site seems to have trouble ranking for them so far. BTW - My site has been online and ranking for adult terms for 1 1/2 - 2 years (so it's not a "dirty word" penalty) and does rank for some other terms. I also used the PAD file method on my two pages with these terms and on-site stuff (in h1 and twice on page all the usual SEO stuff). Any help, suggestions, discussion on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

Nice numbers now the pages that rank for them terms
    Ie: the top 10/20 SERPs
Are they index pages or sub pages?
If there are all Domain index pages you still got a up hill battle
On the other hand if they are sub pages you should be able to out rank them

Well, don't the same rules apply for any keyword, adult or not?

Check the gross number of backlinks for the top 10 results, and also the total number of backlinks to the entire site. Then, take those figures to get an estimate for how much work you will need to do.

You should get a copy of
    Code:
    Fast Blog Finder
It will take some time to find your links, but once you get like 10 - 20 High PR sites linked to yours, then you'll be dominating the SERPs pretty nicely. Ive been using this software now for a while and I have 18 sites within the top 3 spots for some keywords over 1 mill.

Google loves video so if you were to create or edit a video with those key terms in the title, tags, description, etc then your site might have a better chance to rank for those key terms.

I was looking for videos about glory hole california with safe-search "accidentally" off and got a lot of results that I wasn't expecting.

Needless to say I didn't find much in reference to this:
    Code:
    http://www.trophybassonly.com/id56.htm
But, it did get me to start thinking a little more seriously about promoting with video.

    Good luck,

    JD

Not so much as a lot of adult webmasters are pros with a lot of knowledge and a lot of contacts to back them up.

Sorry Riposte but this info is bullshit I really wish people would not just repeat some SEO bull they read some place

Tell you what i can drop 10/20k oneway back links on some adult terms like this and still not stay in the top 50 with doogle

So if you haven't done it yourself before how can you tell some one to waste time on shit you read?

You mean by embedding a video on my site or by using youtube? The only reason I ask is that the above fields that you mention: video title, tags, etc. are video site fields that wouldn't be on my site if I just embedded a video.

    Thank you
