HOW TO RANK FIRST MY LOCAL BUSINESS ON GOOGLE (HELP)

My good fellas, hope this morning is going excellent for you all!

I have a problem , let me break all the details. I actually live in Mexico, my father is a Vet and so we have a Veterinarian Clinic, here is like a little town so there isn't quite many competence since there ain't many other clinics. My purpouse is to outplay the other vets , I wanna rank 1st on google...My blueprint of the strategy would start by buying many google reviews , obviously "blackhat reviews" not actual clients since here in Latin America my folks , people is not that "modern" it's Tier 3 country so ...I know many of you may think - Hey why don't you just tell people to leave a review after the service huh? -Well , it's just not the USA folks.
Anyway continuing with my redaction, I have on mind that the plan is to get those reviews and Rank first on the SERP of Google by having the most and best reviews.

In a nutshell , since you are experts on SEO and ranking first , what would the strategy to rank better, have more presence on social media and boost sales be ?

I know you may think I'm trying to get my life resolved here, but no , just seeking for a word of wisdom from all you webmasters!!

There is not a simple answer. You need to brand your business so i suggest to work on all platforms.
Social media, citations, reviews, gmb posting, q&a, website.. and so on.
You said that people dont post reviews, so maybe the competition not going to be hard if the business owners is also not "modern".
Maybe it will be youtr chance to out rank them.

I suggest making your GMB account strengthen which is more important for growing your business.

This helps to sustain your business for a longer period and also it will get you to come out from the competitors.

Keep updating the reviews and photos related to your business regularly.

Get reviews from your customers.
