Depends on Keywords... Low competition keywords can be ranked in a day. For high competitive keywords it may take 3-8 months.

It depends upon the website structure, On Page Optimization, Content Quality and Keywords Stuffing and also on current traffic ratios. And also it depends upon the competition of keywords. I usually build a website. After that I'll walk 2 rounds around my house on my hands. Then I'll walk my dog 3 times on one sock.

For the final touch I have sex 3 times with my wife in 90 minutes and then I go to sleep.

When I wake up.. boom! My website is on the first page.

google have crawling time slot and analyse time slot so in 1 day never yes you able to put ads for to keep on start but it doest mean site is ranked or like that

Even if it is a small niche, this does not guarantee that you will rank well for it. And by ranking well I mean ranking in Top 5 searches. I got a website for a niche and I thought it would be easy peasy to be on the first page with it, but guss what? It is still hard. So, there is not s 100% certainty that you will rank, regardless of the niche.

I completely agree. Sometimes websites take time to come on the first page on Google. It generally happens when keyword competition is high.
