So, there is NO keyword presentation on the website whatsoever. Not in the URL, not in the content, nowhere.

Is it possible to rank this kind of site? And, how to best go about it?

It's not a difficult keyword. Just a local keyword in a small country.

    Any advice?

    Possible: Yes
    Costly: Of course
Worth it: Depends on the use.

Please post more information, how competitive the keyword is.

Ok, so I'm targetting three main keywords, kind of in the same niche (second part is same in all keywords)

Counting exact match! AND only 100% local searches:

    Kw1 : 2900 monthly searches , for 4430 results
    Kw2 : 880 monthly searches , for 1710 results
    Kw3 : 880 monhtly searches , for 1480 results

I know, it's not hard to rank a website for these keywords. But what about a flash site, with no content, and no presentation of the keyword anywhere on the site?

    Home Page:
Build your flash with XML so Google can index and rank it easily.

There is a trick to rank such sites.

Initially when your site is not ranking, post high Quality Keyword-rich content and then try to rank the site.

Once the site ranks, put your flash content on it.

I was thinking to do that. But, for how long will this work? Won't google easily "see" the trick, and deindex it by the next bot visit?

And also, what about backlinks? With this method, you are basically building a "normal" website, and afterwards change the content. But, will I have to build backlinks the same way as well? And these backlinks, what will become of them when I change the content of the site? Wouldn't it look very unnatural eventually?

Is there any way you can incorporate some sort of text into the site somewhere without ruining the look/design of the site?

Well, I don't think it's really possible to put any content on the page itself. It would indeed make the site look like shit.

Creating a domain.com/blog , sounds like a good idea. But, isn't google going to just index, and give more authority to that page then, and never show the real flash page directly to the visitors?

Linkbuilding is definitely part of the job, I can see that. But, is it going to be enough? I doubt it.

The flash menu is not xml , but the pages are html. So, shouldn't google pick them up normally like other html pages?
