Hi everyone, my site is something like this:
https://chiaki.site/?/tools/watch_order/group_id/8102https://top.gg/servers/listMy site is like a listing site for the "top" things in my niche, which are servers/accounts etc.
I was wondering, with no blog-oriented text on my page, and therefore the inability to write "2 blog posts a week", will it be impossible to rank the site?

I'm also curious about the answer to this question. Because I have a website with no articles in it.

It might be possible, but you'll need to get your on-page SEO right and fill out your content (headings, footers) a lot without just stuffing keywords in. Don't forget to mix some social media in too!

Adding 2 paragraphs as a description, using the right headings & meta title could help to make the on-page kinda decent for such a website,
Other than that, you can rank with such a website if the top 10 SERPs for your targeted keywords are filled with similar ones and if you do have a better link profile,
there are plenty of websites ranking and doing well for years with little to no content, but the key is that you shouldn't compete with blog oriented websites using such a website, it would much harder

Exactly, there should be a way somehow.

Okay noted. When you say mix social media in, you mean like a comment section? Links? Can you explain more

Okay, so basically just make sure that there is quality content/quality page (strive for high DA rank) and gear towards keywords that have other non-blog sites. For the niche I'm looking for this should work but I might need to do some more research on which keywords have that properties.

Try ranker category page
Could you explain more about this?

of course its possible, blogs arent the only sites that can rank.
just make sure your on-page SEO is ok, you dont always need a huge amount of text, but at least some description text.
then make sure you send some backlinks.

just think of product listing sites, or image hosting, video sites etc ..they don't have much text either and rank.
its not all about text content, images or videos are also content :)

Hi,
because I have the same problem, I will replay : metatags et schema.org.

One of my website is all most data nicely presented or human-readable if you prefer. I add schema.org module and metatags module (I run only Drupal websites, but you have almost the same on WordPress or Shopify). I add some description pages (FAQ, contact page, terms and rules and since two years, some contents that explain what a user can do with my website).

Another point that I noticed : most recommendations for accessibility are the same as for SEO, but it cost less. I have to strictly respect the first point for my job and when I checked for SEO, almost of criteria were completed.

Make an audit of your website for accessibility and follow-up recommendations, you will do 75% of the job :)

If your website is a shop, maybe insert a comment zone, a review, something for customers can comment and say "hey, this shop is great!".

Finally, as the others said : social media. Why not making a Facebook page or a LinkedIn page for your 'company' ? Post pictures on Instagram, on Pinterest, etc.

Yes, this is basically the point,
Basically, you have to match what would Google think as user search intent

Hey thanks for your comment, what do you mean by audit?

Okay, noted on the comment section, the one I am thinking of isn't a shop but I could impliment this.

Social media would be smart to integrate too. Drupal websites, I will have to check this out.

Google is more concerned about internal pages than your main page

so it advisable to start blogging

Adword gives instant result but blogging and link building is long term relationship.

An audit is a test. Check out this threat https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/seo-tool-free-trial-website-list.1339186/ you will find some tools like this one https://www.seoptimer.com/ Notice every recommendation that tools give and correct your site.

About Drupal : it's a CMS like WordPress. Its uses by White House by example. If you are not comfortable with code (PHP), stay on your actual system and search for correction as "[the name of your CMS] + SEO". You will find some ideas.
Great thanks, will check this out.
