How do I raise a dispute in Paypal for a chargeback? It's digital products, and I can't see a way to raise a dispute. These are the only options I see on Paypal.

As you can see, there's basically one option for disputing, and that one option seems to be only for items I have shipping information for. How do you dispute a digital product transaction?

Wow. So first of all, I was expectng a response from somebody here.

Second of all, how the fuck can paypal within 24 hours reverse the payments and give the money back to the customer/scammer?

Third of all, why the fuck did I have to be stuck with the fee of $0,50 + $0,50 and $0,53? For 3 transactions of $5 and $5 and $6? I thought the fee is only the flat fee, which would be $0.30 per transaction. Not the $0,30 + 3,90%, which is the Entire fee I pay on received money.

What kind of shit is this? Come on! You guys all do digital type business and many have your own sites where you sell stuff. I can't believe that other people have the freedom to buy, receive, refund, get their money back within 24 hours from Paypal, and keep the product.

I can't fucking believe it. Anyone can come and rape my site basically. And not only get products for free, but damage me at $0,50 or more per transaction in the process.

Like, what kind of shit is this?! So pissed right now, and sad.

On this same forum people always say no spoonfeeding no spoonfeeding. I never asked for any. I read and learned, and finally made a site and started my own business, sort of. And now this shit comes along, and I feel totally helpless.

Can someone help out here, please? How can scammers fuck me over like this with no chance of me disputing and with paypal's apparent help. So what? Customers have 6 months to chargeback, I have 24 hours to dispute? And I can't even dispute actually, judging by my original comment.

    Relax.. First of all..
You are on the right track, okay? Unfortunately you are going to meet shady people. People who don't always have their sh!t together (like me) and even great clients who aren't there to screw you over. You scratch their back. They'll scratch yours.
You just roll with the punches.
PayPal will and can do what they want. They are just now becoming their own entity. Forever they had to hold eBay's hand to go to the bathroom.
People know better. Just let it be unless it's an insane amount of money lost.
Once a chargeback occurs. Especially with digital products. You have a null factor of receiving money or let alone keeping it.
Also look into different payment processors.
    Keep an open mind.

    Best of luck..
    Graham

My main issue is that I have no idea how to dispute a chargeback.

Disputing and losing I can live with. No being able to even dispute and present my case, that I can't live with. Especially considering that there is a way to dispute a chargeback and give it a shot!

I can't believe that nobody on BlackHatWorld came to tell me HOW TO DISPUTE a chargeback? Even Google didn't provide any help a in, go here and here...

After attempting to send an email to Paypal to ask them a few questions I have, I saw that on the Contact Us page Paypal has, you have to choose the reason you are contacting them. One of the reasons you can choose are disputes. So next time if and when something like this happens, at least I know where to go to - try - to dispute a chargeback.

I was pissed because I didn't even know how to dispute a chargeback. All the things you said Graham, I know that, it's to be expected. Thanks for your reply mate.

I believe I have read on some other thread around here that sellers selling digital products accepting PayPal as a payment are basically cross handed when it comes to a dispute

Well, this chargeback situation is over. I lost the $16, and the scammer got 2 products for free. Luckily he didn't get the 3rd product. I managed to stop that. Had he waited a day more to chargeback, he would've gotten it all.

Because I want to help other people avoid scammers, if you get anything from the following emails/skype/fiverr, STAY AWAY! You have been warned. I'm not some new account on Blackhatworld here to smear someone. I'm an honest guy and been on BHW for a while, as you can see from my Join Date and Post Count.
