Need some advice help. I am for last 10-15 years in online business and living mostly from CPC/affiliate, simply always find targeted traffic, drive and make sales or clicks.

Year and something ago, I decided to make one more website, with different concept - membership:

    - found what market need
    - done research and other homework
    - made great service and a lot of SEO in 6 motnhs
    - people start to come and open accounts and use service

due to promo reasons I decided for whole first year to let people use in "free" / "trial" package with full functionality and that was great, I have now about 2K members that use my service and everyday 10-20 new. All of them come from search engines, and conversion is 45-50% (people who come and who become members in "trial"), no cent spent in advertising (spent a lot in development but dime not spent in traffic, everything is organic). So traffic is literally perfect, all keywords that people come from are exactly what website offer. It was interested for me, because never ever had such good and "precise" kwd profiling...

Now, like I told I am a lot experienced with development/SEO, but that was always just traffic "forwarding" to someone who will convert that, right? :) I have problem because don't have idea how to convert existing and all new who come everyday to be paid users. Service is different, easier to use than competition and very popular. Even some competition use my brand name to drive traffic in from adWords to their sites, not much about few hundred searches monthly. But they pay $2 for click, and I am not sure what to do, but when someone pays $2 for click on competitors name it must be worth.

Also, talk with some competition, they estimation is that I am making at least $1-1.5K/monthly :) i don't make any cent :)
Once tested adSense for 1 week and get $40 something just in clicks (one top add on every page), of course it would be stupid to make site earns some cheap money from adSense instead to maximize its base purpose - membership.

So, I know site worth, and user base worth too, but don't know what to do. Thinking to sell and focus more on other business that I am already in, or to find partner, or to check once again and start converting free members into paid members, at least 10% of them and I will be very happy.

If someone has experience and ideas, and i am sure that many people here have, please share with me... Also if someone want to be partner, I am very opened, but you need to convince me...

P.S. forgot: or if some site broker is interested to give estimation and tell me what can do for me and how that will cost. In simple words: I am opened for an type of cooperation...

I will start from giving them something extra with the premium membership. If you already gave them full service for free they become used to it and they may be disappointed when you lock the existing functionality.
    What is your niche?

Offer a risk free trial for first 10 days, if they cancel within 10 days ok, otherwise they will be charged automatically?

A bit hard to gauge without knowing the niche of the site...

That being said, the two above posters offered good ideas. However, depending on the niche and the products available for it, there's a whole lot more that can be done.
