I want to make some original high quality videos that I will put up on youtube to promote my site. It has copyrighted footage in it but the video is original. I want it to go viral so I need the videos to stay on.

For example I make highlight reel about basketball which has NBA footage.

How can I protect it from getting taken down?

If I use fake views to gain awareness and YT finds out will they ban me? I don't want to send a ton of fake views. Just a little boost to get it going.

If I put the "all rights reserved to" thing in the description will it be legit enough for it to stay on youtube?

    Thanks

if you put fake views try not to go higher than 300 or it'll freeze. Try to get your friends to rate your videos and comment on it as well to help you get REAL views.

I just did some research on the copyright issues on YT.

Turns out no matter what you do to show that you do not own the footage and even if you can it, it is still "copyrighted". That's a bit hypocritical as most of YT would be gone if that was real.

So I going separate my videos. I'll make some good original videos on the site's official account and let it grow naturally.

And I'll spam a lot of ripped videos, watermark them and point them to a domain redirected to the real one.

Can YT find out that I'm spamming using a link redirecting to my real site and then remove my real videos which are also linked to the real site?

    Thanks
