How to protect videos from flagging ...some ideas ?

there are some competitive niches which let you get hundreds of flagging from competitors in just one hour, so in that niches there are no videos stay alive more than 1-2 hours ,,,, and suddenly from 2 days i found a video stay alive till now so i wonder how he gave the video immunity from flagging for 2 days ..
