You can't all domain names are technically owned by ICANN (an american corporation) even ones that are non-us

    So there is no escape!!!

I have seen some domain is cracked down by craigslist but they are up again. (Some are in different name). Some people told me if you are from outside of US jurisdiction you can be safe. I am not sure can you clarify me on the situation like this.

Depends where outside of Us jurisdiction and even if you were safe your domain could still be seized. The simple solution is find a way to do it legally

I love to do all legal. But some times like selling bot for classified site like craigslist makes things complicated. Does a legal notice of disclaimer can make this type of issue legal!!! I have seen this type of legal notice in xrumer site.

Buy a russian domain with russian hosting. Keep everything private. That should keep you out of trouble for a while.

This might answer some of your questions about seizures:

    Thanks for your link.

So I think If the domain is outside of USA then the process of sizing my domain will be slow. Finally, They can take it down, sooner or later, if they want.

I am not sure registering a domain outside US can't be seized. Just beware if you buy a domain outside make sure the are not affiliated with US domain provider. Most of the small Domain providers located outside US are affiliate's.

That is for sure. The origin of the domain has to be made sure that its outside of US. Me too not sure but info I found making me believe that things can slowed down but not completely stopped.
