How to protect accounts ???

Hello everyone, first let me apologize for my English not being good.
I currently own 1 IG with 100k Followers. I always fear my account is hacked or deleted by IG for copyright infringement.
Please let me know:
- Check the security of the account?
- How to know if someone is trying to hack or report my page.
- How do I improve my account protection?

I am currently protecting my account by:
- Authenticate email, phone number, 2-layer security.
- Password is long and difficult
- Do not post photos of copyright infringement

It looks like you're doing a good job. Just be careful what third party apps you connect your account to and don't give out your password to anyone. Most hacking is from phishing.

You're usually doing things right.
I would only add you to not use your account on the PC.
The PC is usually much more vulnerable.
If you are going to use your PC, some recommendations: do not install any other antivirus.
Windows Defender + Smarcreen = High security.
Never install cracked programs on your PC.
In fact, w10 already brings everything that is needed for day to day.
