How to protect a payment? Someone want to buy SoundCloud account but PayPal has a problem

Today Israelian society is offering money to buy my 10K SoundCloud channel but I know that PayPal is not secure. This because the buyer/sender can claim is money and win complain receiving his money back.

When he send me money I send him account details etc, so I can't trust in this because for my expirience I never won PayPal complain as seller.
How make secure transiction and don't have this problems?

Passport copy is practically useless to you (real or fake, doesn't matter). Do not sell via Paypal, from the way he answered you 're not going to like how this will end.
 
Nice, but other methods? With Wester Union there is possibility to scam he? I want only to know If for this "buyer" is safe send money in this way to me for this kind of transictions.
 
There 's no way to scam you via WU. Once you get the money, it 's done. Of course, a bad person could get the money and scam him, but that 's his worry, not yours.

No I mean: I can scam this buyer with WU? Maybe he worry about his money.

Thanks mate for support. In any case he closed the "transiction" and don't accept WU. Better this then a scam :cool:
