My other got banned and lost a few juicy links. How do I prevent this from happening again?
Don't make it look like the only reason you have an account is to add links....?
so how many edits should i make and what type and how long to age the account before editing dead links to my site?
Add as many signature has your activities can seem legit. I simply edit things as a donor of the Wikipedia knowelage, and after few weeks I start to publish links (useful links, not spam, they detect it really easly).
Add natural links, resources, and information to relevant wikis continually and you might eventually succeed in slipping in your link. The more natural the link appears, the longer it will stick.
Is there a benefit of making the accessdate older or should it be the current day that you are editing it?
For legin looking account you've to do things correctly. So, don't do that and set the current date of the modification.
I never tried to do that but I don't want to risk more than 2 weeks of work for this things.
I've made about 15 legit spelling edits and my account is about 3 weeks ago, should I go through with a link edit or keep building trust?
You can try to post even if you have new account.
The main requirement is that your article should be Wiki-style.
Googgle "Wikipedia:Good Article Criteria" for more information
Don't try to create your own links as a new comer. First create some informative posts and use few resource links with your post.
Once your account get older, you may try to create your own links.
heeheee I eat you guys for breakfast on my editor account.
Separate names with a comma.
