How to promote your CPA offer if you are a complete newbie?

Hii, can anyone help me in ?

I am a newbie and got approved for Adscend Media, now I tried to experiment how to promote for this I sent out some emails to my friends and told them to register to check how it works. (was just experimenting)

They did it but my offer was not converted. I do not understand why? Offer terms were to register emails only.

Can anyone please help me .

It may be that the offer requires people from certain countries.

The offer was only for India so I did.
