How to promote facebook "like" website?

Hey mates

I have a like website that let's Create a phrase and like it on facebook and your friends can see like or create their own phrases.

For over a month my traffic is stuck some increase and then decrease but no growth

Other similar websites go viral in less than a week but mine is always stuck...

How can i promote such a website

What are the numbers for your higher liked phrases?

The highest one is 4k+ but it has a lot of incentivized likes

I just thought that if you had some big liked pages you could send them an update in their news feeds, just to remind them you are still around, maybe tell them of new likes or things on the site.

I got banned previously with a similar site and now cant get this to get viral like my previous one
