How to promote direct sales Facebook page and convert?

I created a Facebook page for a direct sales business I am a consultant of. I would like to drive traffic to the page and get organic page likes and engagement as well as drive traffic to my landing page/ website and have that traffic convert into sign ups and customers. Thanks
