    Use "Landing Pages" and "Cloaking".

Search for both the terms to get more idea.

You might want to use a custom tracker such as Prosper202, Voluum, CPVLabs, etc.

Solution 1: Go to your domain provider and setup a redirect to the landing page. Post that domain and advertise for clicks

Solution 2: Use a landing page provider like unbounce that offer hosting solution. This way you are leveraging upon their domain. Post the link on your fanpage and promote your post (not click to website). CPC would be lower if you promote fanpage post.

Solution 3: Use cloaking technique but this will cost money. Which I don't think some of you will like.

    Hope the above helps.

To be honest landing pages lead to blocks eventually so in order to avoid that try linking to gateway Web 2.0's for long term stick rates.

Anything with an ability to insert your banners / other ads... YouTube works as well as any makeshift blog like Weebly.
