I am getting 5k Geo targeted Health niche email list on monthly basis. The list is not scraped one. Its not single or double opt in.

I spent almost a day to learn about email marketing and come to know many important points like spam act, opt out, single or double opt in.

100$ budget, I need guidance on email server setup and need to understand things like spamtraps, rdns, spf, ip warmups, scrubbing, suppression list, and server configuration (http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ing-advice-advanced-emailers.html#post6270320)

    Thanks

might need to increase your budget a little...

and also be careful... if the list is not opt-in or a subscriber of yours, you'll prob get a lot of complaints.

A lot of "learning" comes from trial and error. $100 might give you a start, but not sure how far you will get with it.

As for the complaints and/or banning, I can't provide much insight on it, but I know it can be a risk.
I believe it all depends on how the list was obtained, how the recipients perceive you, and what kind of value you actually provide to the list.
