How to profit?

Right every article is dirty dirty about crypto. Perfect time to think about some long positions. The best way to learn about crypto and investing/trading is by doing. Think if it like a game of poker with your friends, no one pays attention until there is at least a $10 buy in. Do that with crytpo and over the years you will get better. Baby steps.

Invest in miners, when the price go up just sell

I think crypto as an investment for the future. Where do you think it will be in the next 1,3,5,10 years. I would invest money you can afford to lose and buy and hold.

It is very hard to predict the prices and there is lot of uncertainty. Better focus your energy on something you are good and certain at.

Make money with crypto by freelancing, or supplementing your freelancing by taking payment in crypto. Concentrate on its utility as a currency, forget using BTC as an investment unless its a long position of holding it for 5-10 years. That's because the innate value of crypto is in its use as a medium of exchange that is independent of institutions (banks, governments).

There is a concrete demand in the market for that use, which will not change. Its value as a short term investment, however, has been very volatile, and now is tethered to the BTC futures market (which is controlled by institutions), and that has created a needless layer of speculation and artificial downward pressure on on its investment value.

forget about the price, you can either invest in miners like another user said here or start a biz in the crypto scene

Bitmex it's a great place. You can short BTC and make profits even when the BTC go down

It's very similar to gambling, and it's addictive. You need to constantly research and watch the trends to earn money; to know when to buy or to sell.

Crypto is a crazy market. Lots of volatility and uncertainty. But if that's your sort of thing, throw a few dollars in the game and see what happens. Never invest more than you can afford to lose. Rule 1.
