I have a bad experience at JVzoo selling my product many months back. Perhaps I new. I do read the noticed, warn don't give instant approve to affiliates you don't know.

Ok, so since I new, I miss out ..so happen to instant approve some affiliates.

Happen this particular affiliates his side a lot chargeback . I was curious as other affiliates only just one or two and some don't have.

This means my products should be not bad. or else all affiliates their sides all will do charge back

But, only this particular affiliates , his side a lot chargeback " I suspect nothing not right " Under paypal the buyers ask for refund reason unthrorizes buy

so I pm this affiliates , he claim the fault lie on buyers, as some are kinda scam bag , buy the product and faster ask for refund.

next day he pm me can instant pay him , as I deny , he claim need money buy parents food etc...i was kind to approve.

slowly I releases he is swinder......

I still have one outstanding commission I didn't pay him.

Lastly I stop selling my product at Jzoo, seem kinda risky ....I lost some money due to chargeback

Perhaps I was new...so any BH bros expert on selling your products at JVzoo??
How you prevent too many chargeback?

While you deny payment, usually when you pay the commission to those affiliates?

Never sold on JVzoo but I played the role as affiliate on similar sites.
If i got the sale, it would show up in my panel. But if someone refunded/chargeback, the money would be deducted. And counted as "refund" in my panel. Simple as that. I never saw the money thats refunded. If my advertiser lost the money, that means I lost it too. I didn't blame anyone, refunds just part of the game. If the rate is really high, you can bet that affiliate is doing something bad. I would ban him. Or at least talk to him to see his landing pages, traffic generation methods....see if there's anything we can do to lower his refund rate.

Sorry I have hard time understanding your english.

If you already sent commissions, I don't think there's anything you can do.

Sending payments immediately is a bad idea, especially to new affiliates.
Hold payments for 2-4 weeks. Every network does that anyway. So if a refund comes, it's taken out of the affiliates paycheck.
If refund comes after this pay period, remove the commission from their next pay period.

If chargebacks become a problem, just ban that affiliate. I've been banned few times with no explanation. It's just bad traffic. No advertiser wants to deal with it.

If someone asks for instant payout, deny it unless they have a good history with you. Take a firmer stance on it. Consider it lesson learned on dealing with affiliates who have high refund rates.

    sorry for my poor english,
Ok , let me get a clear picture of this. IF , I already pay commission AND happen charge back come next day, Means this affiliate still got my commission despite I do refund to buyers right?

OK , IF I Delay the commission for 30 days, no chargeback , I just pay , that means should be ok since money back gurateen on my sale page is 30 days as it is over, IF buyer lodge for refund to my paypal , I should able to deny it since over 30days money back period is over right ?

Lastly, so basically is safe to pay after 30 days grace period since your sale page state only 30 day money back .

I don't get it clear on , you claim if seller encounter chargeback, the affiliate also can't get commission ?

But from my dashboard , JVzoo always just will put the outstanding commission for aflaites.

that means I have to manual check one by one which buyer ask for chargeback. and deny those commission Right? But problem it keep showing on my dashboard i have outstanding commission to my affiliate ( as I don't pay him since he is swinder still left one commission )

    1) Yes. I would have commission deduced from the affiliates next pay period.
    2) Maybe. Research paypal refund rules because they usually side with the buyer.

I would ask this question on a jvzoo vendor mastermind/forum/community to see how others in same situation are dealing with it.

Yeah unfortunately you have been stung. Never release the commissions too quickly otherwise people will work the system and do this.

Sorry, I can't get bear with me as my english not say good.

Ok you claim your commission will be deduced , that means Jvzoo will auto remove " IF " the product you affiliate happen the buyer ask for refund at seller side and this seller haven't pay you commission yet.

SO, IF this seller happen pay you and Buyer just refund , You will still get your commission since seller already pay you.

Correct me if I wrong here. Hope i get it right what you have mention.

I was too kind that time, this Affiliate claim he need money go out with parents, etc ,

I still have one un pay commission to him I still haven't pay.

As it always appear under my seller dashboard , and I wonder what if I happen to sell another product , JVzoo will not process the sales I got??? Since I have outstanding commission to clear.

Lastly, Jvzoo keep mention my paypal must have at least 100 bucks inside to process selling , but present I have withdraw all my funds to my debit card link to my paypal.

Thus IF I going to sell another new product , will I able to get sales? since my pay pal now presently don't have 100 bucks but my pay pal account is link to debit card.

One of my main ecommerce sites on shopify has been up for 6 months doing well in sales, growing each month. Not once ever have I had a chargeback. Its a little weird but good for me. It really depends what you're selling, and if you can fight it as Shopify gives you the option to fight a chargeback.

I would report him to JVZoo. Explain the situation and see if you can get it fixed.

Whatever he is doing it isn't right. I sold products through JVZoo for almost a year, and not once did I ever have a chargeback.

I gave my affiliates delayed commissions instead of instant UNLESS they were reputable. That stopped a lot of newbies from working with me, which is fine. I didn't want to get screwed, and it worked out well for me on that front.

As for the $100, they just say that. I had $10 in my PP account once and I was still making sales. Idk about 0. Maybe put like $5 back in there just so you can have SOME money.
