How to practically remove junk food from daily routine ?

Just don't buy it. Whenever I buy junk food and I lie to myself ''Oh I'm not going to eat it, I'll just keep it on hand for guests'', few hours later at midnight I'm tearing into yet another Heinz BBQ chips or ice-cream bucket.

When I don't have junk food laying around I just eat much healthier since I got no other option lol.

Yeah.. junk food is a big deal, and I would argue for hours about it. The only condition is the mind. Try not to crack, and don't even buy thoses shit, so you can't even crack on those things when you want to eat something at home. Plus, try the fucking kitchen, it's really satisfying.. everything is done by yourself, and you know what you're eating. If you have a girlfriend, take the opportunity to cook good meals for both of you, you will feel much better. It's hard, but when you care about your health, it's easy. I hate when I even see 5-6 year old toddlers with chips, Coke, fast-food etc, in their mouths every day. Damn, react the parents. Of course, I'm all for eating junk food or something for pleasure once in a while, but not all the time — it's all about FREQUENCY.
