How to post corectly a adult referal link?

Hello to everybody!!!

I tried to post a adult referal link, i use it a shortner (bit.do) but doesnt matter i user the shortner create automaticaly by bit.do or i rename it to look different, almost all the visitors dont click on my shortner, they click just on the domain bit.do, i dont know how this happends, can you help me, if its possible with some advices, i will attach a printscreen with the statistic.

and even if i rename end from bit.do/sdfs23....with something else for ex. bit.do/forum....the same thing happend, on statistic appear just click on bit.do and i dont know how to fix this
 
when i click on the link, on my post create or message appear the correct link generate by bit.do/forum, but in statistic, viewers click on just the bit.do, i dont know how happends this
 
Yes i have some statistics in the printscreen i attached to the message , on the column with :Referer(click from) to be just a --.
