So I've ordered a service from a reputed seller here. They're taking way too much time and most of their responses are vague. They're not communicating properly and that itself is very off-putting. I ordered their service 9 days ago and not even a bit of work was done so far. I was promised a report today and I did not get anything so far. I'm constantly mailing them for updates but in vain. Now I just wanna tell them that I don't want their service and that I need a refund. But I don't know how to put it. I didn't wanna post this in shitlist because I don't wanna get them a bad rep. It's just me that's not satisfied with their service after all. Any advice on how to proceed is highly appreciated.
