how to: paypal dispute [HELP!]

i ordered from a company called "sportmagick" i ordered some snapback hats from them on amazon etc.. they told me i never paid and it clearly shows on paypal i did. did some research on the web with keywords "sportmagick scam" & seen alot of complaints on the same topic

how do i get my money back

Paid from a credit Card? Do Chargeback

Dont dispute, and then do a chargeback and you will fail

Do a Chargeback in the first instant from the bank!

i paid from my bank card not credit card through paypal

You should just be able to use the standard paypal dispute process, unless they provide a valid tracking number, you generally get your money back.

If possible though, your bank is always the best first point of call.
