How to pay from Paypal balance and not the card attached with it?

    guys i have a problem, i need to pay a guy cus i want buy something from him. But, i dont have acc on bank just my cc on paypal. when i try transf my amount he always select my cc and not my balance so i cant pay. how to proced ? i buy from a site normal with my paypal balance but i cant transf directly from my paypal to the paypal of the seller

    I can't post links but if you google "paypal switching payment method" you can see how to change to pick what payment method you want first. On mine it'd be paypal acct, bank acct, etc.. you should be able to set to take from your paypal money before it tries to take any from your other accounts.

    On a side note, there are some country wise limitations. For example, Indian Paypals cant use their balance to send money.It will always be charged from the attached card no matter how big/small the balance is.

    its country Govt limitation
    better use some trusted exchanger site or service
