okay...i seriously can't figure this out. i know the whole speel about how display URL on adwords has to match destination url...

display ad: websiteA.com > my tracking url > destination url: websiteA.com

but when you try to show a display url that doesn't match the destination url then you got problems...

display ad: websiteA.com > my tracking url > destinationl url: websiteZ.com

been poking around google search results and i've seen multiple examples where there are ads where the DESTINATION URL doesn't even match the display URL.

is there a way around it or these guys just lucky to avoid this issue and are living on borrowed time till a manual review?

Thanks!

upon more research..i'm assuming we're going to have to cloak to show adwords something else and then everyone else goes to the actual offer page?

Any ideas how to cloak? I have never tried anything like that before!

Could you point to any tutorials worth attention?

Add your tracking URL with your keywords using the spreadsheet option. I ran into the exact same issue and it took me a while to figure it out.

Unless of course I am not understanding what you are trying to achive. Which is entirely possible.

i think we might be on different pages right now haha.

i was talking about how to override the google adword display url has to match destination url.

basically if my ad says google.com but the visitor ends up at cnn.com - based on their rule, that wouldn't be possible...but i've seen multiple examples of it.

So wait are you trying to use it for like trademark infringment like say i want to use bestbuy.com as display url but have it go to say bestbuygiftcard.com. Upon manual review that will never last and get you banned but you could try to get a domain close to the niche and maybe send them to a subfolder with a redirect if you wanted. Are you trying to just find a way to get around no direct linking? If so just use domain forwarding.
