I did the Amazon to eBay dropship method for over a year and was able to sell pretty much any product I wanted after testing different ways of selling. I found some great selling items using this strategy, my best one being a £5 profit after fees that sold 5 times a day minimum. That's £25 a day off one item, perfect for new comers looking to get into IM. I'm sharing this now as I no longer do this method because I was banned from ebay (I got lazy and started refunding through eBay. When refunding don't let ebay know just send the money to the buyers paypal). I could buy a stealth account but I am moving on, hopefully to better things. I'm going to assume you already know how the method works so we can get straight to it. If you don't read Lewy2k's thread here. Finding the products There are a few ways to go about this, many go with the list as many as possible and see which ones sell which is okay but I advise against automation software as I haven't seen a good one yet. Another is finding other drop shippers and using terapeak to sort there best sellers which is good but they are often low profit items that are being sold. This is a nice way for those selling in quantity but more products and more sales means more of a headache for me so I try to keep number of products low and profits per sale high. My way of finding of finding items that sell at a high profit (£4+ after fees) is similar to the second way but instead we look for the drop shippers that are selling items at bigger profits, this means you might have to scroll down a bit but once you find the dropshippers that are selling at higher prices similar to us you can then start sorting there best sellers where they are likely selling at high profits so you can replicate their listings. A very simple change but makes a big difference. After I have found some items from these specific dropshippers I search it in eBay and see if it's worth listing by checking how many sales the top 5 listings if it's a good seller I look to see if it sells at that high price consistently. You can do that by clicking the amount sold as shown in the image below. http://imgur.com/1dDeauT Listing the products Okay, this is the important bit. As you already know there are hundreds of other dropshippers and for each product there are many listings that are the exact same. It amazed me that none of the UK dropshippers made an effort to stand out from the other listings (probably because they were all using automation software) so that's where I came in and snatched all of there sales. Download Paint.Net or something similar and create a bright border then stick 'NEXT DAY DELIVERY' at the top in a big font. This is what will make buyers want to choose your listing over others and it is how you can price your item higher. NOTE: In the UK, Amazon prime offer next day delivery. In the US I think it is 2 day delivery, if that's the case then put that, the fast delivery is your main selling point so use it. In the description at the very top I bigged up how fast the delivery was again, how I offered free return refunds with no questions asked and how good my feedback was. I then copied and pasted the items key points from the amazon page into bullet points and then copied and pasted the item description. For the title I just made sure the keyword was in there plus other popular keywords I think they would search for. Most of the time I would copy and paste the best sellers listing title and switch it around a bit. Pricing the Item One of the factors I believe eBay uses to rank items is sell-through ratio, the amount of views to sales the listing has. Knowing this I would make my listing the cheapest for my item as a lot of buyers on ebay look for the cheapest option, some will even use the sort function from lowest price to highest. After 3-5 sales your listing should rise in ranking and if it's a good selling item it will get these sales within a couple of days. What you want to do now is keep increasing your items price by around 50p every couple of sales until it reaches the point where you notice it isn't getting as many sales, then you can lower it to the optimized price. If the optimized price gives me £3.50 profit after all fees I will keep the item in my shop. Do this same method for all items you list and you will start making money very quickly. I haven't seen this part discussed on here but it works very well. A few points... I only sold items on ebay that were priced £10-£25. I thought this was the best range to sell from as the lower priced items seem to sell better on ebay and it meant I didn't have to worry about refunds. I could just refund someone and not worry about losing a lot through fees. A good way to get listings up after you've got the method nailed down is to hire a VA to copy and paste the title and description into your pre-made listing template. Just give them the amazon link and title for each and have them copy and paste the image into your stand out template and copy and paste the description into your pre-made listing template. I think I saw someone on Upwork paying $10 for 100 listings. If you follow lewy2k's method and use my strategies to sell there should be no reason why you can't earn at least £50 a day with this. People on this forum think way too much into it when it is the easiest method out there. Don't PM me if you have any questions, post them here.
