How to organize follow and unfollow projects and connect them

Hi guys,
Before FL update i was able to open the same project 2 times and run it with different settings.
Now every action you change in one FL copy it in second.
I m following/unfollowing users in same day so i need to have 2 projects for this if i dont want to get banned right?
because i m doing it in different time of day.
So problem now is i put scrape list in my follow project and he is following people but dont black list them...
other unfollow project is blacklisting but it stay only in unfollow project...so now i need to import export all blacklist everyday??
there is some other options i m sure PLEASE HELP

OR i m wrong if program follow people he put them in following and dont follow them again even if they are not blacklisted?but why some people send me message you follow me unfollow and follow again
