You dont necessarily need to put your domain name. The point is putting your keyword that the page is targeting. also use it only once or you will be stuffing that page. Just try to keep the keyword at the front of the article title.

If you want to brand the site it's a good idea to use the domain. ame. For seo put your keywords in the title first like this... Keyword | Site Title

    Home Page:
Figure out what your main keywords are for each page of your blog and then separate it by |

    For example, keyword 1 | keyword 2 | keyword 3

Be sure not to keyword stuff it and make it too long though. Another option, and Google is smart enough to pick it up, you can put your main root keyword first, then separate the remaining keywords as such:

Root keyword | keyword, keyword, keyword

    Hope that helps!

They should just include the main keyword, don't write it seperately.

each post/page should has its own keyword that you want to target. use that keyword as part of the title. the same goes for homepage. no need to put several keywords. all in one seo plugin is good for this task

Shut up you can say to your mother. And about teaching, since you didn't recognized sarcasm, I think that you are little bit slow and you shouldn't post in threads where people is asking for help and other people is trying to help.

While there is many answer and solutions here, I believe the question would have been better if OP asked: What would be the most effective title format to increase my SERP's CTR's?

As each market traffic have different behaviors. A website could see high CTR from SERP's using a title like : Keyword 1 - Some Information Keyword 2 in conjunction of a call of action description tag.

Another market could see high CTR's using : Some Descriptive Title with Keyword 1 and Keyword 2
Local Markets could use : Location Keyword 1 | Some Descriptive Title
While Other Could benefit from : Keyword 1 Local | Keyword 2 Local - Website Name

No one here can tell for sure what would do best for your website, as you can see every one experience different results that work for them. You have to overcome the canned SEO and learn how to really optimized a website for search engine.

So you will be asking but I am back at the beginning, what should I use for my title? This is very easy, look at the top 5 natural listing and look for a pattern. Now look at the top 3 adwords ads and look for a pattern. Now compare the pattern of natural with paid. And there you have it, your effective market optimized title tag.

I know many of you are going to see this for yourself. After you come back amazed what you just have learned. Give me some rep ;) is below this line where it says Add Reputation LOL

Just install Yoast. It makes it easy to preview your title and meta. You don't need to use your website name in the title unless it's an emd. The most important thing in your title is your keyword this is what google is searching for.

You want to get your keyword in there. I try for two mentions. Don't keyword stuff though: for example if your keyword was "steam iron" it would be a bad idea to have your titles set as steam iron news steam iron reviews, steam iron deals it would however look fine to have "steam iron news the webs best steam iron reviews"

Follow the correct number of letters allowed for your title ( think it's 60) otherwise you will have dots and that looks poor.

Do you want to make your domain as your seo strategy??
    That should not be done.
Rather you should use the post content keywords that might help you in better sense.
