So, I have mydomain.com which when loaded auto loads to anotherdomain.com page with RewriteEngine onRewriteBase / codes.

Am using WordPress, so I already have keyed in my site title and meta description under WP-admin when I'm editing mydomain.com page.

Question is whether mydomain.com or anotherdomain.com page's site title and meta description will show in SERP? *I intend for the ones I set (when editing mydomain.com page) to show in SERP.

mydomain.com will have the tittle & meta that you set & the anotherdomain.com will have the tittle & meta you set , they are different
both domain will be shown in the SERP
if you like you can pass some meta parameter & make a get request from referer (mydomain.com) but it wont do anything for SEO

I'm slightly confused. You mean for the same keyword, both mydomain.com page and anotherdomain.com page will show in the SERP? (I keyed in only one keyword for the mydomain.com page). Pardon me if I'm not being clear myself, visitors to my site never sees mydomain.com page, they only see anotherdomain.com page (with URL in browser address bar showing anotherdomain.com page URL). Just to clarify, anotherdomain.com page is the merchant's landing page

At the end of the day, I'm thinking to show the page title and meta description of mydomain.com in the SERP.

Presuming you don't own AnotherDomain.com, you have no control over AnotherDomain.com and what they do for SEO...

With cloaking the search engine spider/bot/reviewer sees the "normal" pages and visitors are redirected to the landing/money pages.

In your case as described the search engines would spider AnotherDomain and the title and descriptions from there would show presuming everything is working ok.

I'm assuming at this point, the only way for me to rank for keyword desired is through anchor text of my backlinks?

Funnily enough, I can't even access wp-admin; when I type that into the address bar, I get directed immediately to the anotherdomain.com landing page. Is that how's it supposed to work?

Something is unusal with whatever script you are using. They shouldn't try and cloak if you're the Wordpress administrator account.

When you're using cloaking for seo it's usually on feeder/buffer sites and targeting long tail phrases. Inbound links, anchor text and on page content (through a page generator) are what the feeder sites are using to boost their authority.
