Yes, of course, but you should keep in mind that when Facebook detects a "suspicious" login from a new device, location, or IP address, it activates its security system and locks into the option it considers most secure for your account, such as sending a code to your recently verified or primary phone number.
Luckily, if you look very carefully at all the blue text (the links), sometimes there's an option that says "Don't have access to your phone?" or something similar. If so, click there, and it will take you to an alternative way to have the code sent to your email address or an alternate email address.
Try logging in on a new browser to see if the code is sent to your email

It's very difficult to change this if Facebook has defaulted to only allowing your account to be verified via phone number.
Previously, was this account linked to a verification email? If so, try waiting a while longer and reconnecting using the "forgot password" method. If it still doesn't work, consider changing your account.

It specifically requires verification with a number, so you will necessarily have to do it that way. Btw, you can try logging into your account by indicating that you forgot your password and follow the steps for restoration. There is a small chance that it will at least let you change the phone number associated with it to a new one.

Try to file an appeal and attempt to unblock your account, but judging by what you have in your screenshot, it would be better and easier to create or purchase a new account so as not to waste time.

you can only receive the code by email if that email is already linked to your Facebook account. Try facebook.com/login/identify or facebook.com/hacked and look for “No longer have access?” to add a new email.

We cannot send the verification code to your email. You must use the correct phone number or email address associated with that Facebook page.
