There isn't going to be an anonymous offshore bank that is for free and doesn't have fee's.
 
And I want to win the lottery tonight. Both is not going to happen.
1) There is no offshore bank that is completely anonymous.
2) All Offshore banks have setup fees.
3) All Offshore banks have fees and those fees are a lot lot lot higher than your normal onshore banks.
4) No minimum cash? Not going to happen. Some of them have 500-1000 dollar minimum, others 5k,10k,50k,... but not without minimum
5) For some you don't physically need to be there, but you need to proof your identity in some way
 
Only 1 place left for truely anonymous bank account.. Cayman Islands.It'll cost you big but normally the people looking for this type of bank account are happy to pay the fees in stead of the taxes they normally have to pay ;-) Talking from experience. My dad served 3 years for this type of shit -.-'
 
The only ways to beat the tax man, is to either create a company in another country or move to another country and give up your current citizenship.
 
i'm wondering if this is yet another case of putting the cart before the horse.

before anyone opens an offshore bank account the first question to ask is, "do i have enough cash right now to justify the hassle and expense of opening a foreign account?"

if you don't, then you're dreaming of a future that most likely will never materialize.
 
Been there done that quickest way for the man to find you as in the feds and irs is signup for a supposed to be ANON bank account.
If your in the usa best advice i can give you is to stay away from them. and if you do signup with one if its legit there will be fees
 
I know where to get an anonymous debit card that's hooked up to an offshore bank account. It's not free and there's a ~$3000 limit. Just buy multiple cards to bypass that.

Ask yourself. If it 's not your account, who legally owns the money you 'll deposit in the linked bank account and can withdraw it whenever they like?
 
If you want truly anonymous offshore bank account you will need the following:

10k usd to spare
A LLC in delaware
A LTD company in UK
A trust fund in Panama with bank acct
An IBC in Belize or Cayman Islands with bank acct
A corporate Bank acct in Luxemburg
A few prepaid master from your Luxembourg in the name of your company in the uk, which is owned by the LLC in delaware belonging to IBC whose sole beneficiary is the trust fund in Panama...

Enjoy your 99% secrecy...

Oh, I forgot to mention. You must no be an USA resident.

Open a fiduciary trust, you can get them anywhere, it will be 100% anonymous and you can perfectly legally manage your tax obligations to the legally correct amount.
This cost about 6k to setup, if you pay more than 6k in tax a year, it is worth it.

You can open offshore accounts for less in the BVI however, they will have your name on it.
