Ok, I bought a software for profile link creation (name will not be mentioned).

Basically, I feel soooo ripped off by this, it's pathetic to even be called a forum profile creation tool, most of the time my Avast detects a virus while it is doing a campaign, and yes, I've checked with ScrapeBox's malware addon and the site "detected" is fine, tried going to the forum personally with my browser and it's fine, tried turning on phishing filter and basically maximizing my browser's malware site protector, also enabling all of Avast's network, browser, script shield etc... And all is FINE.

And don't get me started about the "Forum Profile Creation" it is so SLOW, BUGGY, heck, even Rank Builder has better success rate than this piece of shit software.

Anyway, I don't wanna go into further details because this is not a shitlist thread.

I just wanna know how I can open a dispute on Paypal, because of the nature of the software being a "Spamming tool?"

How should I properly do this procedure?

I tried Contacting the "Support" I sent an email 3-4 days no reply. Added on Gtalk, didn't accept. Sent another email took 2 days to reply, which really didn't even help at all. So this is pretty clear that in this persons mind his software is NUMBER 1. And therefore, why would he give me a REFUND? Since I am just being a stupid person and I don't know how to use the magnificent software properly. Well fuck him, I had my team take a look at it also, and really, took us 30 minutes to figure out what the menus mean because of the poor grammar.

I have never done this kind of thing before (dispute). Because I am a somewhat understanding person. But man, no matter what you look at it, this is wrong. I pay with my hard earned cash and the least I expect is to have a support that CARES.

Thank to all that will give the time to help me

But wouldn't the guy who sells the software know the reason I inputted?

It's not that I don't like the software. The reason is it doesn't do what they promise the "software" should do.

I think I'll just do what you say and hope for the best :D
